Purpose, joy, satisfaction—that’s what Beatrice feels when she interacts with memory care residents, and when she offers guidance and support to family members. With several years of experience in senior living, (memory care and assisted living) she has developed a deep passion for senior care.

“The smiles and honest feedback I get working with residents makes me look forward to coming to work every day,” says Beatrice. “My team members also are a delight. They bring their own skills and passion as well as professionalism which makes a huge impact.” For her, a strong commitment to offering the best quality of care for residents and ensuring families are happy is very important.

Beatrice earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in IT (finance) from Jaramogi Oginga Odinga University of Science and Technology in Kisumu, Kenya. She also received a diploma in Business Administration from the Kenya Polytechnic University in Nairobi, Kenya. As well as her years in senior living, Beatrice has a more than a decade of experience in banking and branch management.

When she’s not on the job, Beatrice loves, music, hiking, and dancing. “I can dance anywhere, anytime,” she says. She also loves to spend time with her husband and three children. As for a dream vacation, Beatrice would like a beach, good food and warm weather. And a breeze that comes with a beautiful sunset.
