Forrest Lee Griffith
Maintenance Director
You could say Maintenance Director is one of the most important jobs at Modena Reserve at Bethesda. And you’d be right, especially when you consider all the experience and dedication Forrest brings to the position.
Nine years in senior living. More than 30 years in auto mechanics, and as a retail store manager and district manager of 17 stores in Baltimore, and in construction and repairs. Plus, a lot of motivation to do things right. “My role is to keep this community running like a clock while making our residents happy every day,” says Forrest.
He also brings a lifelong passion to work with seniors, fueled by witnessing his grandmother’s dementia and his mother’s less-than-satisfactory experience living in a senior living facility. Commitment is the core value that speaks most to him. “I’m loyal to the community and will help in any way possible to keep our residents happy.”
For Forrest, free time is often spent working on his Jeep, hunting, fishing, and camping, or taking his two young children to the park (Forrest also has a grown daughter). A perfect vacation? Hawaii, with the family.
