Cynthia P Ward
Director of Sales
With almost 20 years in senior living, Cynthia understands how important it is to have compassion as a core value. “You can’t truly help someone unless you have the initial passion to be there for them,” she says. For her, meeting and working with families is what she enjoys most, especially when she can assist them as they face life events that can be a struggle.
It’s no surprise that Cynthia has a very positive outlook that she brings with her to work every day. “I wake up with a happy outlook, and at any given time, I will sing—without looking around to see who might hear me.”
Cynthia is currently pursuing a BS in Gerontology from UGMC. She was a BC Police Officer for five years. However, she confesses to a fear of worms. “I was chased by a caterpillar before; no one believes me!”
In her spare time, she likes to read, listen to music, journal, and set new goals for herself. And when it comes to choosing a perfect vacation, for Cynthia, every vacation she takes is “perfect for that moment.”
