With 20+ years in healthcare and 14+ years in senior living leadership, Bobby brings more than an impressive list of credentials, she also bring an in-depth understanding of what matters most for residents and their families.

“I grew up with my grandparents which gave me a great passion to work in senior care,” says Bobby. “As Executive Director, I enjoy leading my community and team to success, and I enjoy connecting with my residents and ensuring exceptional care.”

Bobby received an executive MBA from the University of Maryland, as well a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (RN) from Doctor M.G.R. University in Chennai, India. Other professional achievements include Care Manager/Delegating Nurse (CM/DN), Assisted Living Manager (ALM), Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP), and Certified Memory Impairment Specialist (CMIS).

A proud mother of two, Bobby loves to spend time with family watching movies and cooking. She’s also a fan of dancing and humor, as well as anything and everything that keeps her happy, uplifted, and positive. (Her Maltipoo, Krish, does that well.)
