Casey Lovett

Casey’s passion for serving seniors began at the young age of 16 when she started working in a senior living community as a server. This experience inspired her to pursue a career dedicated to supporting older adults and their families with compassion, empathy, and care. 

As the Director of Sales and Marketing at Modena Reserve at Bethesda, she enjoys building meaningful relationships within the community, connecting with families searching for the right home for their loved ones, and getting to know prospective residents. And of course, she loves hosting our many lively events!

The Solera core value that speaks the most to her is compassion. “I believe that when you lead with compassion and empathy, you have the ability to truly make a difference in the lives of others,” Casey says. “This is something I consistently try to embody in my professional and personal life.”

She studied social work at Virginia Commonwealth University and has family all throughout Virginia. In her free time, you can find Casey spending time with family (especially her nieces and nephews), taking road trips to explore new cities, watching Real Housewives, and listening to Taylor Swift.
