Dianna Mukasa

Resident Care Coordinator

Growing up in Uganda, Dianna’s dedication to providing care for seniors was prompted by experiences from her teenage years, when she befriended an elderly woman who benefitted from Dianna’s cooking skills and company. “Her memory has always stayed with me,” she says, and the experience created a deep connection in me to care for seniors.”

After a position as a private aide, she joined Solera Senior Living as a Resident Assistant, drawn to the beauty and vibrancy of Modena Reserve. “It was clear residents are truly valued, and the team cares for their well-being. I wanted to be part of a team that creates that kind of meaningful experience every day.”

As Resident Care Coordinator, Dianna also loves being the bridge between families, residents, and staff because “Solera is our second home.” Compassion leads her. “Every resident has their own life story and they should always be treated with respect, dignity and kindness. I feel honored to care for them.”

Dianna earned her BBA in finance from Makerere University Business School and an International Diploma in computer engineering from New Horizons Computer Learning Centers. In her spare time, Dianna enjoys listening to music and spending time with her family.

Unusual talent: balancing things on her head (“Not a big deal in Africa!”) Guilty pleasure: watching reality TV, as well as the movie, Peter Rabbit. Perfect vacation: exploring a new country, trying different food, and learning about the culture.
