Precious is responsible for ensuring residents receive high-quality care that adheres to regulations. She also trains, supervises, monitors, and motivates the staff, just to name a few of her many responsibilities.

Her busy schedule calls for all of Solera Senior Living’s core values. As an LPN with 14 years in senior living, her compassion for residents, their families, and her team comes naturally. Communication is important for knowing how to convey a vision and listen to feedback. Commitment keeps her going through challenges. And creativity inspires innovative ideas.

Away from work, Precious is busy raising four beautiful children with her amazing husband. She enjoys watching sunsets and the moon, playing chess, tennis, good movies, good music, and dancing. Walking on the beach is another pleasure.
