Travis brings a keen understanding of the vital role that sales plays in the success of a community, and how important it is to be a “leveling” department head in such a demanding role. “Our team must understand and approach the sales process with the right mindset while connecting with other departments,” he says.
Commitment and compassion speak strongly to him. “It calls for dedication to be in an industry where you play many roles, such as educator, psychologist, and peacemaker, to name a few.” Travis was drawn to Modena Reserve by Solera’s approach to care which includes a strong focus on technology.
In addition to his decade of experience in senior living, Travis also sold advertising for 15 years, which enabled him to “truly understand the sales process while spending 90% of the time educating people.” He holds two bachelor degrees, as well as a master’s degree in healthcare administration.
Married with two grown sons, Travis loves stand-up comedy and often visits the Improv in D.C. He can literally watch any type of sports on television, and says his perfect vacation would be a fishing trip to Alaska in warmer months.
